BLEED 2 README

HELLO!
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Hi there! Thank you for playing my game -- I really hope you enjoy it.
If you pirated Bleed 2 and you do enjoy it, please consider purchasing it if you are able.

THE GAME ISN'T WORKING! HELP!
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Please make sure you have the following items installed:

XNA Redistributable 4.0
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20914

.NET Framework 4
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

Please also make sure you have the latest audio and graphics drivers installed.

Finally, please note that Bleed 2 only works natively with Xbox 360 controllers
(and probably other XInput controllers.) You can always play with a mouse and
keyboard, though to play co-op you're going to need at least one controller.

WHERE ARE THE SAVE FILES?
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Bleed 2 puts savegames in AppData/Bleed 2. If that folder is for some reason inaccessible,
it will try putting them in the folder where Bleed2.exe exists instead.
The save file is called 'savegame.sav'.
If you're using Steam, save files are also stored in the cloud.

COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Here are the command-line arguments for Bleed 2!
Enter as many as you like, separated by a space.

window -Forces the game to launch in a window

novsync -Forces the game to run with vsync off (may help with input lag and mouse lag)

vartimestep	-Run the game with a variable timestep instead of a fixed timestep.
WARNING: This will most likely make the game completely unplayable,
but in rare cases can help to fix slowdown issues.

viewreplay	-If replays are enabled, a copy of your most recent Arcade Mode run is kept
in the save folder. The replay file is named 'lastReplay.brp'. The file is
overwritten when you either die, or clear Arcade Mode. This argument
begins playback of the 'lastReplay.brp' file on launch (if it exists.)
-This is mostly so non-Steam users have a way of sharing and watching replays!
-Please note that if Bleed 2 is patched, replays recorded on older versions
of the game will almost certainly desync on newer ones.
